Copywriting

The key to being a good copywriter is to keep it simple. That way it becomes easy to understand, and memorable.

My journalistic background gives my writing a clear, crisp and engaging style. 

I’ve written copy for websites and annual reports through to punchy marketing campaigns and social media posts. Newsletters, blogs and press releases, too. 

Clients range from large organisations such as Akzo Nobel and the luxury Belmond group, to property developers and hospitality businesses, and entrepreneurs such as wine merchants and dating agencies.

I’m also happy writing advertorial features, and have worked for clients including B&Q, Cumbria Tourism and BMW.
